Problems with the 3.0 update

It happened to me on multiple occasions that I am neither able to quit the app, nor able to bring it to the front when minimzed. When the app is minimized into the dock, I click on its icon. It should bring it to the front and make it visible. But it’s not. The clock is going in the dock but the UI is not showing. The menubar does. Regardless what I do, the UI does not show. When I select “Quit” from the menu, the app doesn’t quit. I also try to select “Quit” by right clicking on the icon in the Dock, but that doesn’t quit the app either. Then I try to switch to it using Cmd+Tab+Option (Option - to show the UI of a hidden app), but even that doesn’t able to show the UI.

This problem doesn’t happen all the time, but as I was saying, it happened to me on multiple occasions since the 3.0 update.
